Tournament Registration is Open

TOURNAMENT DATES: 13th to 15th DECEMBER 2024

Registration is now open for the St Marys Snipers 2024 Tournament and you can register your team here.

Important Information

Please note that succesful registration does not guarantee a tournament spot. The Tournament Convenor will review all registrations to determine the viability of each division for the tournament. We will do this as early as possible in order to give certainty to teams, - last year we were able to finalize the tournament roster before the end of September and our aim will be to do this as early as we can this year.

DUE TO FACILITY CONSTRAINTS WE ARE UNABLE TO HOST MIXED DIVISIONS

LEVELS OF PLAY OFFERED: 

  A Division - U12, U14, U16 U19, Open 18+

  B Division (C may enter) - U19 - female

  B Division  - U12, U14, U16 - female

  C Division  - U12, U14, U16,  Open C - female 

  FUN Division - FUN 3

FEES: 

All Regional Divisions and Age Groups - $775.00

All A Divisions and Age Groups - $925.00

Note: All teams should be prepared to play early on Friday. Where possible, scheduling consideration will favour farthest teams. Almost all teams will play on Friday.

Important Registration Notes:

• Tournament Registration closes on 30th September at 5:00 PM
• Confirmation of participation will come after 30th September upon approval from RO
• We are currently not accepting applications from out of province teams.
• Refunds will not be issued for any team withdrawing after 15th November
• RO will fine any team that withdraws after the tournament schedule is released. The fine will be 2x (two times) the registration fee

TOURNAMENT PAYMENT

e-Transfer is the preferred method of payment indicating the association name and team division in the notes section. Payments should be made to the Treasurer at treasurer@stmaryssnipersringette.ca
