Welcome to the 
St Marys Ringette Association Annual Tournament
December 8th to 10th 

The St Marys Ringette Association (SMRA) is pleased to invite you to its Annual Invitational Tournament.

We are offering age divisions for UFUN2 through to 18+ and levels 'A' and 'B'. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DIVISIONS ARE NOW FILLED AND WE ONLY HAVE WAITLIST PLACES AT FUN3, U12 AND U14. OPEN A DIVISION REMAINS OPEN FOR ASSIGNED TEAMS ONLY TO COMPLETE THEIR REGISTRATION. 14A HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN 

Note: All teams should be prepared to play early. Where possible, scheduling consideration will be given to out of town teams. Almost all teams will play on Friday.

Important Registration Notes:

• Tournament Registration closes on November 10th at 5:00 PM
• Confirmation of participation will come after November 15th upon approval from RO
• Out of province teams will only know their acceptance in our tournament before the end of November
• Refunds will not be issued for any team withdrawing after December 1st
• RO G&T will fine any team that withdraws after the tournament schedule is released. The fine will be 2x (two times) the registration fee

TOURNAMENT PAYMENT

e-Transfer is the preferred method of payment indicating the association name and team division in the notes section.

Fees are as follows; 

$775 - All Regional divisions and age groups

$925 - All A divisions and age groups

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS 

Hotel Accommodation is not plentiful in St Marys, though there is accommodation at the Westover Inn. Most of our distance visitors choose to stay in Stratford or in London, and travel to St Marys for games.
