Good Evening SMRA,
On behalf of the executive we want to welcome you to the second half of the season!
We have been working very hard behind the scenes preparing to finish strong. We had a very successful tournament, that wouldn’t have been successful without volunteers. We thank all of you for that.
As an executive, we had decided that mid-season coaching evaluations would help us finish stronger at the end. We appreciate all of our coaches and the dedication they have to our players. We have the survey prepared and will be attached in this email. We are asking all member to that take the time to fill out the survey. This is 100% confidential and will not be shared directly with coaches, they will each have a meeting with members of the Player and Coach Development Committee afterwards. Submissions without member names will not be considered. This form will be open until January 18, 2023 at 8pm please submit responses before then.

Pictures
We are excited to have Lasting Impressions come out to do our ringette pictures this year! We have Patty coming Saturday January 21 and Sunday January 22. Your Team Manager will be in touch regarding times for your team.
Bingos

Tournament
We are so proud to say our tournament was a success! We want to thank all our members for all your help during the weekend and leading up to the weekend. We couldn’t have done it without you. Because the fundraiser was such a success we are looking into running power skating sessions with each team, goalie clinics and coaching conference with the Peak ladies.
Banquet
Mark your calendars for the Year End Banquet held at the PRC on Tuesday April 18th. More details to follow.
