2022-2023 REGISTRATION

St Marys Ringette Association - Registration Information

Registration for the 2022-2023 season is now open. Complete details about registration costs are now set out in the table below.

July 1, 2022 starts the 2022-2023 season of ringette for SMRA. Please use the link to register RAMP InterActive. Below is the fee structure for the upcoming season.

Early Bird payment is now closed  so the full amounts shown in the Instalment plan below must be paid by 15th September. Please Note that a Volunteer Bond is also payable this year - a post dated cheque will be required by 15th September (see below)

Also new this year, Ringette Ontario will be collecting the membership and insurance fee directly from the player at the point of registration. This is different from previous years where these fees were rolled into the registration cost and SMRA paid RO after the fact. As a result, our registration fees have been lowered as parents/guardians need to pay the RO fee themselves (UFUN1/2 $43, U10-18+ $56.50).

Frequently Asked Questions:

My player is home to SMRA but is playing on a provincial team with another association. What fees do I pay to whom?

  • At this point, we recommend that you pay the $56.50 for RO membership and insurance when you complete your registration with SMRA and wait for further information about registration or association fees. We are seeking clarification from RO in terms of which association you will pay your registration, provincial fees, etc to.

How do I make my payments?

  • Registration payment to SMRA is encouraged through personal cheques or via e transfer.  E transfers must include player’s name and date of birth. RO fees are paid when you register through ramp via credit card.

What additional fees should I expect?

  • A Volunteer Bond of $250.00/per family is also required to be paid by post-dated cheque. Our annual tournament (December 8 - 11, 2022), bi-weekly bingos and other fundraising opportunities are a few of the ways to fulfill your bond.
  • Provincial fees will be forwarded to applicable players once teams are formed and WRRA/GLRL fees are known.
  • Financial Assistance is available for all St Marys activities. For further information and assistance, please contact Town of St Marys Director Community Service, Stephanie Ische on 519-284-2340 x 624 or sische@town.stmarys.on.ca.

I heard that Ringette Ontario is also mandating that a parent/guardian from each household complete the Respect In Sport: Parent ProgramHow does that work?
