Nepean Here We Come!
Submitted By A. McCurdy on Wednesday, October 18, 2017
The TD Bank/Hubbard Pharmacy Snipers have been hard at work.  They have started the season with two wins and three hard fought losses so far.  Things appear to be on the upswing, as the girls won both their games last weekend against London Lynx and Guelph Predators.  The losses were close against league favourites Kitchener Wildcats and Forest Xtreme, and region rival Dorchester Dragons.  The coaching staff is pleased with the effort by all the girls to date and looking forward to watching the girls progress over the season.

As we continue to roll through league play we are also getting ready for our first two tournaments of the season, coming up in November, back to back weekends.  We will start with London/Dorchester and then head off across the province to Nepean.  While in Nepean we are hoping to get a visit from the Prime Minister and his wife, so we have sent them some letters and this photo to show our Canadian pride.

Spikes Volleyball and Silent Auction event as a huge success, both on and off the courts.  Fun had by all, and we raised money for our team.  Special thanks to Deanna and Kristi for organizing the silent auction and Lisa for running the whole night, gathering teams, taking photos and filling in where required.  The night could not have happened without you, we are very grateful for your help.
